Alcaraz, Sinner, and Everyone Else
Defending French Open champion Carlos Alcaraz is the favorite to hoist his second consecutive French Open title, but World No. 1 Jannick Sinner isn’t far behind.
Alcaraz is playing tremendous clay-court ball this season. The Monte Carlo winner and Barcelona finalist is sporting a major wrap from his right knee upwards due to an injury suffered in his Barcelona loss to Holger Rune.
Sinner returns to Rome riding a 20-match winning streak. His three-month suspension didn’t hurt his stranglehold on the world rankings, and he is coming off a semifinal finish on the crushed red brick surface.
Three-time champ Novak Djokovic withdrew from Rome after suffering early exits in Monte Carlo and Madrid. Joker hasn’t won an ATP title anywhere since the 2023 ATP Tour finals.
Last year’s finalist, Alexander Zverev, and Madrid champ Casper Ruud round out the top five betting favorites on the DraftKings odds board.
