Mpetshi Perricard Leads the Field
Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard sits atop the initial entry list at No. 105 and gives Jingshan its biggest name.
The Frenchman’s serve always makes him dangerous on hard courts, and a Challenger 100 event like this gives him an opportunity to pick up valuable ranking points against a field that is strong but very manageable.
Christopher O’Connell and Gabriel Diallo are right behind him in the rankings and should both be among the leading contenders.
Tomic and Harris Bring Plenty of Experience
Bernard Tomic continues his Challenger run and enters Jingshan ranked No. 179.
Tomic has spent plenty of time grinding through this level over the last few seasons and remains one of the more recognizable names on any Challenger entry list.
Lloyd Harris is another player trying to work his way back up the rankings. The former Top 40 player is currently No. 139 and remains dangerous on quicker hard courts when his serve is working.
Nikoloz Basilashvili and Alexandre Müller add even more experience to the field.
Cina and Kouamé Give Jingshan a Youthful Edge
Federico Cina is one of the more interesting young players in the draw.
The Italian teenager has continued to climb the rankings and enters Jingshan at No. 181.
Moïse Kouamé is another name worth watching. The 16-year-old Frenchman is already ranked No. 200 and will get another chance to test himself against a much more experienced Challenger field.
