The 2026 Seville Challenger entry list is shaping up as one of the more interesting clay-court events on the late-season Challenger calendar, with Facundo Díaz Acosta, Marco Trungelliti, Roberto Carballés Baena, and Dušan Lajović among the notable names entered.

The ATP Challenger 125 event features a strong mix of experienced clay-court players and younger talent looking to make a run in Spain.

Díaz Acosta Headlines the Seville Field

Facundo Díaz Acosta, currently ranked No. 87, is the highest-ranked player on the entry list.

The Argentine has already proven he can win matches at ATP level on clay, making him one of the obvious players to watch in Seville.

Fellow Argentine Marco Trungelliti, ranked No. 91, adds another experienced clay-court presence near the top of the field.

Carballés Baena and Lajović Bring Serious Clay Pedigree

The rankings do not tell the entire story with this field.

Roberto Carballés Baena enters ranked No. 190, but the Spaniard has spent much of his career competing successfully on clay at ATP level. Playing at home should make him one of the more dangerous players in the draw.

The same applies to Dušan Lajović.

The Serbian is currently ranked No. 146, but his experience and clay-court résumé make him a player nobody will want to see early in the tournament.

Young Players to Watch in Seville

Several younger players could make this tournament especially interesting.

Vilius Gaubas, Henrique Rocha, and Pablo Llamas Ruiz are all inside the Top 130 and have the tools to challenge for the title.

Peru’s Gonzalo Bueno is another developing clay-court player worth following, while Guy Den Ouden and Gilles Arnaud Bailly add additional upside deeper in the field.

Czech youngster Petr Brunclík, entered as a Next Gen player, is another name to monitor.
